We offer support to a range of organisations through the following:
- Urban design, design review and enabling, architectural design based economic development for urban and rural areas – including master-planning, low carbon development, and neighbourhood planning;
- Skills development and training for specific projects and longer-term capability requirements;
- Economic forecasting, research, appraisal and analysis, including development appraisal and economic impact appraisal;
- Evaluation and impact assessment.
We are a Yorkshire-wide service that gives communities, regeneration and place-making professionals the skills and confidence to lead and contribute to place based solutions, including design and neighbourhood planning that involves and benefits local people.
The result is better collaboration between communities and professionals and more intelligent, dynamic and sustainable places.

History
Integreat Plus was established in 2011 as a social enterprise. It aims to improve the skills and capacity of those involved in sustainable communities and place-based economic development. Integreat Plus comprises of a small team with knowledge in urbanism, neighbourhood planning, design review and enabling, economic development and place-making skills development who are taking forward the work from Integreat Yorkshire, Yorkshire Forward’s Centre of Excellence for Regeneration, Renaissance and Place Making Skills.
