Design Enabling

design enabling

Design Enabling is the preparatory stage of any project and is the foundation on which the project is built. It provides independent advice and guidance on what can be achieved and how it can be done. It is essential for the success of a project in ensuring all parameters are fully explored; the brief, the site, available options, budget, design rationale, concept thinking.

Good design is fundamental to the success of any built environment project, it can add value to your organisation without significantly increasing construction costs. Getting the most from you project can sometimes be a complicated process an independent design advisor can help guide you step by step through the process of building. Our in-house team and panel of built environment experts can work with you from the earliest stages of a construction project. We champion the value of good design throughout the project, encouraging organisations to take a more strategic and practical approach to developing their vision, whilst still achieving value for money.
